Refund of funds

To get a refund, you need to fill out an "Application for a refund", and send it along with a copy of your passport to the email address 3120405@pre-hotel.ru . The originals of the return letter and a copy of the passport are sent to the address: 190000, St. Petersburg, Gorokhovaya str., 5. The refund will be made to the bank account specified in the application or the card after receiving the "Application for a refund". Refunds cannot be made to another person.

The deadline for consideration of the application for a refund is "10" days. The refund is made to the same bank card from which the payment was made. The refund of funds to the card is carried out within 15 to 30 banking days, depending on the Bank that issued the bank card.
