Refusal of payment and refund procedure

In case of refusal of payment after the credit card payment, the refund will be made to the client's bank account. To get a refund, you need to contact the booking department. Refunds are made in accordance with the booking conditions. In case of cancellation of the booking and refund at the initiative of the client, the bank fees incurred by the center are covered by the client.

Payment for booking and accommodation in the center can be made by plastic bank cards electronically online. The payment is made on the Uniteller electronic payment server.
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, DinersClub, American Express, JCB cards are accepted for payment. To transmit information, uniteller uses security technologies Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code.

Payment procedure

On the website of the Center, the client indicates the booking number and the amount of the payment. Payment is made on the uniteller system website (uniteller.ru ). Information is transmitted via closed banking networks. The card details are collected and processed at the uniteller processing center. The Center does not have access to the client's banking data.

The security of Uniteller processing is confirmed by the PCI DSS Payment Card Industry Data Security standard certificate. The reliability of the service is provided by an intelligent system for monitoring fraudulent transactions, as well as the use of 3D Secure - modern Internet payment security technology.
Your card details are entered on a special secure payment page. The transfer of information to the Uniteller processing company takes place using SSL encryption technology. Further transmission of information is carried out through closed banking channels with the highest level of reliability. Uniteller does not transfer your card details to the store or other third parties.
If your card supports 3D Secure technology, in order to make a payment, you will need to undergo additional user verification at the issuing bank (the bank that issued your card). To do this, you will be directed to the page of the bank that issued the card. The type of verification depends on the bank. As a rule, this is an additional password that is sent in SMS, a card of variable codes, or other methods.
